How to Cancel Your Booking

    Navigate to your dashboard and find the "Reservations" section.

    Find the reservation you want to cancel and click on it.

    Review the refund amount based on the cancellation policy and confirm.

How do I cancel my booking?
Log in to your account, go to "My Reservations", find the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
Is the service fee refundable?
Service fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Otherwise, service fees are non-refundable.
What if the host cancels my booking?
If a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund including all fees. We will also help you find alternative accommodation.
Can I get a refund for early departure?
